The chandeliers and startling white walls and columns of the Jesuit Church get your attention straight away. It has been used for many purposes over the centuries including a university library and a military hospital. Most of the Baroque furnishings have disappeared but the original impressive artwork above the altar remains. It has been recently renovated and is quite beautiful. Select the photo below to see more.
