UK and Europe Roadtrip - Delphi Acropolis

This conical stone is called the sacred Omphalos of Delphi. It is believe to have fallen from the heavens, thrown by Zeus to indicate the centre of the world. This was where Pythia is said to have announced her Oracles. Numerous copies of the Omphlalos were made and one is in the Delphi Museum. Select the photo below to see more.
