We passed The Halos, a round open space where ancient rituals would be performed. Presumably someone has translated the many engraved stones we saw. The Maxims of the 7 Sages were engraved near Apollo's Temple:- 'know thyself' and 'nothing in excess'. Wise words! Select the photo below to see more.
