Umbrawarra Gorge

The walk took less than half hour from the campgrounds where we left the cars. Next stop was to be Douglas Hot Springs where we hoped to camp the night. It is in a much more natural state than Mataranka Hot springs so we looked forward to seeing them. Unfortunately the road in was closed due to the damage caused by the floods. We were to find quite a few places closed for this reason. It was such a late wet season this year and higher than average rainfall towards the end of the season.
