Queenstown to Haast Pass, New Zealand

We still had plenty of time to jump into the gondola/cable car and head up Ben Lomond Scenic Reserve for the afternoon. You can see the restaurant at the top in this photo and also see how steep the gondola ride up is. The walk through town was very pretty with the trees all changing colour for autumn. Our caravan park was just a block from here which was very central to both the town/lake and the cable car.
