UK and Europe Roadtrip - GeliboluThis is the tomb for Sarıca Pasha who was the founder of the first Ottoman shipyard in Gelibolu. It was built in 1391. This was after Suleiman Pasha, the son of an Ottoman Sultan, took the opportunity to reoccupy and fortify the town of Gelibolu and settled it with Turkish families. The Mosque is named after him.
