UK and Europe Roadtrip - Coggeshall

St Nicholas Chapel is a simple Norman structure, beside the entrance to the Coggeshall Abbey estate. It is an example of the earliest uses of brick in medieval England, all hand-made local bricks. It dates back to the early 1200s, restored in the late 1800s and once again used for worship.
