Valdez to Anchorage - Alaska

We continued down the Glenn Hwy to Matanuska Glacier. The scenery is meant to be spectacular along this stretch of road but unfortunately for us the haze was bad and so it was OK to look at but hopeless to photograph. This shows the glacier in the distance to give you an idea of the size (27 miles long) and then as we drove up closer you can see the face of the glacier.
