Valdez to Anchorage - Alaska

The view from the tramway station is pretty impressive and we spotted a few marmot in the grass below. Locals tell us the reason it is so hazy is because of the fires up near Fairbanks that have been burning for a week. The smoke drifts straight down the valley to Anchorage and settles here for days.
