Beerwah Forest Reserve, Qld 2009

There is a short walk through the rainforest at this rest area which follows the Mooloolah River. It goes through one of the few remaining coastal rainforest areas in this region. They say that there are platypus in the river that you can spot at dawn and dusk but we weren't lucky enough to see any.
