Bribie Island - Queensland 2004 ...

Bribie Island is only one hour north of Brisbane city centre which is very handy for a visit. It is a 31km long island linked by a bridge across the Pumicestone Passage with a lot of it declared National Park. You can 4WD on about 25km of the surf side beach and camp along a 3km strip of that beach.
