UK and Europe Roadtrip - Schwäbisch-Gmünd

Nearby Schwäbisch-Gmünd has a number of historical towers remaining. Probably the oldest is the Rinderbacher Tower which is 35m high and was built around the 1300s it is thought. It played a key role, but was damaged during the seige of 1546, when Schwäbisch-Gmünd was surrounded by enemy forces. Select the photo below to see more of the town.
