| We spent a weekend at Lenthalls Dam just north of Maryborough in Queensland. Lake Lenthall is fed by the Burrum River and is about 35km southwest of Hervey Bay. The lake is officially stocked with Australian bass, barramundi, golden perch (yellowbelly), and silver perch and so a permit is needed to fish. The Lenthall's Family Fishing Classic is held in February each year. The dam has just recently been set up for camping as you will see... |
