Lake Thetis near Nambung National Park

Just inland from Hansen Bay is Lake Thetis. It is one of the 5 places in Australia that have living stromatolites. They are made up of the oldest known organisms on earth. Have a closer look at a stromatolite. We also saw them at Shark Bay (see a Previous album).
