Shark Bay, Peron Peninsula - WA |
Album 38 - Shark Bay earned a World Heritage listing in 1991 for its important evolutionary and biological histories, unique formations and natural habitats where threatened species survive. We stayed at Eagle Bluff, visited the Francois Peron National Park beaches (saw Dugongs, Dolphins and Stingrays) and the historic Peron homestead, the marine study centre, Shell Bay and the Hamelin Pool Stromatolites.
