Anchorage to Kenai Peninsula - Alaska

We headed back to Watson Lake on the east fork of the Moose River near Soldotna. It is aptly named as we saw a number of moose on the side of road near here munching on the grass and flowers. This time we set up camp a little earlier and got a fire going. It is not quite the same having a fire to sit around after dinner when it is still daylight but that is what you get in an Alaskan summer.
